  The boiler does not light up any indicator, it is completely off even though there is power at the outlet.

  Cause: The main PCB manages all the power supply and control of the boiler, so its failure leaves everything unresponsive.

  Before replacing it, check the fuse of the PCB and the main circuit breaker; they are the most common cause of this symptom and cost nothing to check.

  The control works but the boiler does not execute the command: it neither ignites the burner nor moves the pump.

  Cause: The microcontroller on the main PCB receives the request but does not activate the startup sequence.

  Perform a full reset by cutting the power for one minute and check that the PCB connectors are not loose or corroded.

  A new, unusual fault code appears, or it changes every time an attempt is made to reset the boiler.

  Cause: The damaged control electronics cause incorrect readings from the sensors, generating fault codes that do not reflect the actual problem.

  Write down the exact code and check it in the manual before deciding: it may point to a sensor and not to the PCB.

  The boiler shuts off on its own after being on for a while, without following a clear pattern of use or time.

  Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB, such as a cold solder joint, causes cuts that do not always correspond with the same warning.

  Note if the shutdown always occurs when a specific component starts (pump, fan): if so, check that component first.
