• 01

  The boiler does not ignite: there is no display, no lights, and it does not attempt to start.

  Cause: If the PCB does not receive power, the other components do not work and there is no signal at all.

  Before changing the PCB, check the power supply and the boiler switch; make sure that power is reaching the input of the PCB.

• 02

  A new fuse blows immediately when installed, even though the electrical system is fine.

  Cause: A blown fuse again indicates a short circuit or a faulty component on the PCB, after the fuse.

  Do not change the fuse a third time without checking: if it blows immediately upon connection, the problem is with the PCB and not with the fuse.

• 03

  An error code appears that disappears after resetting, but returns after a few minutes.

  Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB causes the system to temporarily recover and then fail again.

  Perform the reset two or three times, timing how long it takes to fail again; if the time decreases, the PCB is failing.

• 04

  The burner does not ignite even though there is a demand for heat and everything else (water, gas, pressure) is correct.

  Cause: If the PCB does not send the signal to the gas valve and the ignition, the burner cannot start.

  First, check that the gas valve is receiving power when it should ignite; if there is no signal from the PCB, that is the problem.
