  The boiler does not turn on: there is no display, it does not respond to buttons, and nothing starts.

  Cause: The main PCB controls the power supply and the start-up of the components; if it fails, the boiler does not respond.

  Check if there is power to the boiler (plug, main fuse, residual current device) and verify that the fuse on the PCB is not blown.

  The boiler turns on, works for a while, and then stops by itself, or it locks out without visible faults related to gas, water, or flue.

  Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB can cause incorrect readings from the sensors and shut down the boiler for safety without a real reason.

  Note if the cut follows a pattern (always at the same minutes, with hot water, with heating) before ruling out the PCB, as this may indicate a problem with a specific sensor.

  An error code appears on the screen that does not match any real symptoms: the flame ignites properly, there is water pressure, and the flue is functioning.

  Cause: If the reading circuit or the microprocessor of the PCB fails, it can generate fault codes that are inconsistent with the actual state of the installation.

  Check the exact code in the boiler manual and first rule out the component indicated by that code (pressure switch, sensor, gas valve) before replacing the PCB.

  The pump, the fan, or some valve do not start when they should, although the rest of the boiler seems to be functioning.

  Cause: Each of those elements is activated through a relay on the PCB; if a relay fails, only what that relay controls stops functioning.

  With the boiler running, check if that component starts when forced manually (if your model allows it) to determine if the issue is with the relay or the component itself.
