  With the boiler unplugged, check that the fan spins freely by hand to rule out that it is seized.

  The room thermostat (TA) does nothing: you raise or lower the temperature and the boiler does not react.

  Cause: The PCB does not receive the demand from the thermostat; if that circuit fails, the command does not reach the rest of the electronics.

  Manually bridge the two wires of the TA on the terminal block, with the boiler turned off, and check if it starts when you turn it on: if it starts, the fault may be in the thermostat.

  The boiler locks itself during operation, without a clear mechanical reason.

  Cause: A fault in the microcontroller or in one of the relays on the PCB causes lockouts that are not related to gas, water, or pressure.

  Note the exact fault code displayed by the boiler in each lockout: this helps to confirm if it points to the control electronics.

  An error code related to the PCB appears on the screen, and it does not disappear even after resetting the boiler.

  Cause: The self-diagnosis indicates an internal fault in the PCB, which is usually due to the microcontroller or the power supply stage.

  Reset the boiler once and note if the fault code reappears immediately: if so, point to the PCB.
