• 01

  The boiler does not turn on: there are no lights, no display, and no response to the remote control.

  Cause: The PCB distributes the current to the other components; if its input or the microcontroller fails, the boiler will not operate.

  Measure if 230V is reaching the input terminal block of the PCB and check that no circuit breaker has tripped before considering it faulty.

  The boiler starts, tries to ignite, and shuts down after a few seconds repeatedly.

  Cause: A relay that does not close properly can interrupt the ignition command just after initiating it.

  Observe if the cut occurs at the same moment in the cycle, before or after the flame ignites, to determine if it is the PCB or another component.

• 03

  The display shows a different fault code each time, or it disappears when turning the boiler off and on.

  Cause: A faulty optocoupler or control stage can cause unstable readings without there being a real fault in the boiler.

  Reset the boiler from the main switch and note if the fault code reappears, always the same, before changing the PCB.

• 04

  The remote control has no effect: the boiler does not respond to the commands.

  Cause: The communication between the control and the boiler goes through the PCB; if its communication stage fails, the control will have no effect even if it is functioning properly.

  If possible, test the remote control on another compatible boiler to rule out that the fault is with the remote control and not with the PCB.
