• 01

  The boiler shows no signs of life: no display, no indicator light, no attempt to start.

  Cause: The PCB manages the ignition; if it fails, the unit does not respond even if it receives power and gas.

  Check the main fuse of the installation and that 230V is reaching the boiler before suspecting the PCB.

• 02

  The wall thermostat is not able to start the boiler.

  Cause: The PCB receives the heat command and decides to start; if it does not process that signal correctly, the boiler remains on standby.

  Check that the thermostat is actually calling for heat (indicator light or display on the thermostat itself) before ruling out the PCB.

• 03

  The boiler starts but stops on its own after a few seconds or minutes, irregularly.

  Cause: An intermittent fault on the PCB interrupts the control sequence even though the rest of the components are functioning properly.

  Check if the cut always occurs at the same point in the cycle or if it is random; this helps to distinguish between electronics and a point sensor.

  An error code appears on the screen that changes or comes and goes without apparent reason.

  Cause: The PCB misinterprets the signals from sensors or internal communications and generates inconsistent alerts.

  Note the different codes that appear and in what order; an erratic pattern points more to the PCB than to a single sensor.
