If your boiler does not start, locks out, or exhibits erratic behavior, you may need the ISOFAST F30E Control PCB - Ref. S10470. This board is responsible for managing the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. Its failure can cause the boiler to not operate properly. It is compatible with boilers from the ThemaClassic, Themafast, Thematek, and Isofast ranges, among other models such as the C 24 E and the F 30 E H-MOD. It is recommended to replace it upon detecting these symptoms to restore the operation of your system.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults

The boiler is completely off and does not respond.
Cause: The PCB does not receive or process the 230V power supply.
Check if there is power at the socket and at the input terminals of the PCB before replacing it.

The display shows a fault code that disappears after a reset and reappears later.
Cause: An intermittent fault in the electronic control generates temporary alerts.
Note when the fault code appears; if it coincides with the startup of any component, check that component first.
- 03
The boiler modulates the flame poorly, rising and falling without apparent reason.
Cause: The PCB does not maintain a stable signal that regulates the gas valve.
First, measure the gas inlet pressure and check the condition of the gas valve, as these can also cause this problem.

The remote control or the programmable thermostat is not communicating with the boiler.
Cause: Fault in the part of the PCB that manages communication with external devices.
Try bypassing the thermostat directly at the terminals to rule out the wiring or the control itself.
