Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is completely off, with no lights on.
Cause: The PCB is not supplying power to the rest of the circuit due to an internal fault.
Check that the boiler is receiving 230V from the mains and that no main fuse has blown before inspecting the PCB.

Try to start it, it makes a starting noise and then cuts off immediately.
Cause: The PCB detects an anomaly in the ignition sequence and cuts off the cycle for safety.
Check if the cut always occurs at the same point during the start-up; this helps to distinguish a PCB fault from another component.

The control panel does not respond to any button.
Cause: The microcontroller on the PCB has stopped reading the commands from the keyboard or the display.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the connector of the panel before replacing the entire PCB.

A different fault code appears every few days.
Cause: Indicates an intermittent fault in the control board, not a fixed fault of another component.
