• 01

  The boiler does not start any cycle, neither for heating nor for domestic hot water, and no LED lights up.

  Cause: The main PCB is not supplying power to the control outputs, and the boiler remains completely inactive.

  Check that there is mains power to the PCB and that the main switch and external fuse are correct before replacing it.

• 02

  The pump, the fan, or the gas valve do not start even though the rest of the boiler seems to have power.

  Cause: The relay that controls that output on the PCB has stuck or does not close the contact.

  Listen for the click of the relay when requesting heating; if it doesn't sound, the fault is very localized at that control stage rather than throughout the entire PCB.

  The boiler makes consecutive ignition attempts, one after another, without managing to stay lit.

  Cause: The PCB does not maintain the flame signal or interrupts the sequence before completing the ignition cycle.

  Note if the fault always occurs at the same point in the cycle, ignition, flame detection, or a few seconds later, to narrow down whether it is the PCB or the electrode.

  The boiler shows a fault code related to the PCB or communication, and there is no way to reset it.

  Cause: An internal component of the PCB has permanently failed and no longer completes its self-check during startup.

  Try a power cut of at least a full minute, not just the reset button, before confirming that the fault is permanent.
