  Cause: The water in the circuit does not circulate at the necessary rate because the pump rotor is spinning poorly or not spinning at all.

  Switch between the three speeds of the pump and see if you notice any change in temperature in the radiators.

  The pump makes noise or vibrates noticeably.

  Cause: There may be air in the circuit or a worn internal bearing.

  Bleed the heating circuit and check if the noise disappears before replacing the pump.

  The water does not circulate through the heating circuit even though the boiler is on.

  Cause: This occurs because the pump does not move the necessary flow due to blockage or internal fault.

  Touch the body of the pump with the heating requesting heat: if you don't feel any vibration, it is likely not spinning.

• 04

  The pump gets stuck after a long time without using the heating.

  Cause: Lime and debris from the circuit stick to the rotor when the pump is stopped for several weeks or months.

  Try to unlock the shaft manually with a screwdriver through the rear screw of the motor before replacing it.

  Water is leaking from the pump seal, next to the motor shaft.

  Cause: The mechanical seal that prevents leaks through the shaft wears out and begins to lose tightness.

  Dry the area and check after a while of operation if the leak reappears right at the body of the pump.
