What can you provide without opening the boiler?

Photograph the complete code and the accessible label without disassembling the casing.
- Moment and affected service
Indicate if it happens when requesting heating, opening a tap, or recovering hot water from the accumulator.
- Background
Note if there was a supply cut, a water leak, or a recent intervention.
Do not manipulate gas, electrical connections, combustion, or flue ducts. Use only the controls provided in the user manual; do not chain resets if the fault reappears. In case of a gas smell, avoid flames and switches, leave the area, and notify the distributor from a safe location. If there is an immediate danger, call 112.
Does it show S.xx instead of F.xx?
The manual separates the operating states S.xx of the faults F.xxFor example, S.31 can indicate summer mode or lack of demand, and S.34 corresponds to frost protection. Do not convert a state into a fault by changing its letter. Reference: pages 40–41 of the manual.
Before requesting a repair
Does F.22 require changing the pressure sensor?
No. The manual outlines several possible causes. The fault code is not sufficient to identify a spare part nor does it confirm a diagnosis.
Is the diagram a guide to disassemble the equipment?
No. It allows recognizing the names used by the manufacturer. The opening and internal interventions correspond to qualified personnel.
When to compare repair and replacement?
After obtaining the diagnosis, budget, and verification of the spare part. The isolated warning does not indicate that the boiler needs to be replaced.
