  Cause: The flow meter does not detect the water flow in time, and the burner is delayed or does not start in domestic hot water mode.

  Test with the tap fully open: if it improves significantly, check the available flow rate before the part itself.

  The burner does not start to heat domestic hot water even though there is a clear demand at the tap.

  Cause: Without a pulse from the flow sensor, the control board does not receive the start command for domestic hot water.

  Check the electrical connector of the sensor: a loose or corroded terminal can cause this symptom.

• 03

  The flow of hot water fluctuates, with short interruptions while using the tap.

  Cause: The turbine intermittently gets stuck due to scale, and the sensor loses and regains the signal without warning.

  If you have hard water in the area, check for limescale buildup in the domestic hot water circuit of the boiler, not just in the part.

• 04

  The water comes out hot at first and gradually cools down without you turning off the tap.

  Cause: The sensor stops sending a stable signal halfway through use, and the PCB reduces or cuts the burner thinking that the demand is decreasing.

  Check if the problem also occurs when using other taps at the same time: it could be a drop in network pressure and not the sensor.
