• 01

  The hot water flow is interrupted several times while you are showering.

  Cause: The detector turbine gets stuck due to limescale, causing an intermittent water flow signal.

  Open and close the tap forcefully two or three times to see if the turbine releases before changing the part.

• 02

  When opening the hot water tap, the boiler shows a flow warning and the burner does not ignite.

  Cause: The turbine does not spin enough to generate the minimum signal required by the control board.

  Check the filter before the water inlet: if it is dirty, it restricts the flow and triggers the warning without the detector being faulty.

• 03

  In heating mode, it works well, but when opening any hot water tap, the boiler does not start.

  Cause: Without a signal from the flow detector, the PCB does not recognize that there is a demand for domestic hot water (DHW).

  Open the tap to maximum flow for a few seconds; if it still doesn't start, first check the sensor.

• 04

  Sometimes the boiler turns on by itself in domestic hot water mode without anyone having opened a tap.

  Cause: The detector continues to indicate flow even though there is none, due to wear on the turbine or the internal magnet.

  Close all the hot water taps in the house and check if the startup continues before assuming it is the sensor.
