  You turn on the hot water tap and the boiler does not start to heat it, although it works fine for heating.

  Cause: The flow detector does not send the water flow signal to the control board, so it does not activate the DHW mode.

  Open the tap to the maximum for a moment; if it still doesn't ignite with high flow, the fault points to the detector rather than the PCB.

  The hot water heats up and cools down intermittently while you shower, without you having touched the faucet.

  Cause: The internal turbine gets stuck due to accumulated scale and sends an intermittent flow signal.

  Close and open the tap forcefully a couple of times to see if the turbine releases before changing the part.

  The boiler starts up for hot water without any tap being open in the house.

  Cause: The detector keeps indicating water flow even though there isn't any, due to the jammed turbine.

  Close all the hot water taps and check if it still starts; first rule out a real leak in the installation.

  A flow fault warning appears on the display every time you request hot water.

  Cause: The turbine does not spin enough to generate the minimum signal that the control board expects.

  Check the cold water inlet filter just before the sensor: if it is dirty, it reduces the flow rate and gives the same fault.
