  The hot water does not come out when the tap is opened, although the heating works well.

  Cause: The flow meter does not send the water flow signal, so the boiler does not activate the burner to heat the water.

  Open the tap for a few minutes to bleed the domestic hot water circuit: trapped air can prevent the sensor from detecting the flow.

• 02

  The boiler does not recognize that the hot water tap has been opened; it seems that the circuit is closed.

  Cause: The sensor does not generate enough flow signal for the boiler to recognize the demand for domestic hot water.

  Make sure that the boiler is not in special mode (summer or heating only) before checking the sensor.

• 03

  The display shows an error related to the flow or lack of water.

  Cause: This error indicates that the boiler does not receive confirmation of water flow from the flow meter.

  Reset the boiler and check the shut-off valve: a one-time fault that does not recur does not always require changing the part.

• 04

  The hot water comes out intermittently or irregularly, as if the sensor is faulty.

  Cause: A damaged internal contact can cause the flow signal to be lost and regained without any change in actual consumption.

  With the boiler on and the tap open, carefully move the connector of the sensor: if the fault changes when you touch it, it is a contact issue.
