  Cause: The flow meter does not detect the flow of water and the boiler does not activate the DHW mode even though the burner is ready.

  Check the overall water installation pressure: if it is low, the sensor may not activate even if it is in good condition.

  When opening a hot water tap, the boiler does not respond, as if it does not detect that it has been opened.

  Cause: The flow meter does not send the necessary signal, so the control unit does not know that there is a demand for domestic hot water.

  Test with another faucet in the house: if it starts working in one of them, the fault may be in that faucet or its piping, not in the flow meter.

  An error warning related to flow or lack of water appears on the display of the boiler.

  Cause: The control unit interprets the lack of signal from the sensor as a flow fault and blocks the domestic hot water for safety.

  Before changing the part, make sure that the inlet shut-off valve is fully open: if it is partially closed, it may give the same warning.

  The flow of hot water comes out intermittently or irregularly, rising and falling without reason.

  Cause: A partial blockage in the sensor due to scale causes unstable flow readings, which makes the boiler turn on and off.

  If the house has hard water, first check for visible limescale in the inlet filter before replacing the flow meter.
