  There is no domestic hot water or it comes out intermittently, although the heating is working fine.

  Cause: The flow sensor does not detect the passage of water and the boiler does not activate the DHW mode.

  Check that the threaded fitting does not have scale buildup in the water passage before declaring the sensor faulty.

  The boiler does not start in DHW mode even when the tap is fully opened.

  Cause: Without the flow meter signal, the control board does not recognize the demand for domestic hot water and does not ignite the burner.

  Close and open the tap several times forcefully: if it starts intermittently, the internal mechanism may be blocked by limescale, not the electronics.

  The display shows a flow error or an NTC sensor fault for domestic hot water.

  Cause: The component integrates the functions of a flow meter and temperature sensor, and a fault in either of the two generates this warning.

  Check that the connector is not damp or corroded: moisture in this area causes incorrect readings.

• 04

  The hot water comes out at an irregular temperature, sometimes hotter and other times colder, without touching the faucet.

  Cause: An unstable sensor inside the sensor confuses the control board about the actual outlet temperature, causing it to adjust the burner unnecessarily.

  Check if the problem is related to low flow (tap not fully open): at low flow, some variation is normal and it is not always the sensor.
