  Check that the heating is functioning normally to confirm that the issue is not with the general ignition or gas.

  The boiler is experiencing a blockage or fault related to the lack of water detection when requesting domestic hot water.

  Cause: If the flow meter does not close the flow contact, the control unit interprets that there is no real demand and may block the attempt.
