How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
A click is heard inside the boiler, but the pump or the fan does not start.
Cause: The power relays on the PCB control these components; if a relay does not close the contact properly, the command does not reach the motor.
Check if the click occurs several times in a row without the component moving: it is an indication of a defective relay, not of the pump or the fan.
- 02
The boiler is completely dead, with no display or response to any controls.
Cause: A fault in the control module prevents the PCB from processing the power supply and starting any sequence.
Check the general electrical supply: socket, circuit breaker, and fuse of the boiler itself.
- 03
A fault code from the control module appears on the screen that does not reset.
Cause: The electronics detect an internal fault that cannot self-correct and locks the boiler to prevent further damage.
Try turning off the power and turning it back on after a minute: if the fault code reappears immediately, the fault is internal to the PCB.
- 04
The boiler randomly locks up and needs to be reset manually to function again.
Cause: A component of the PCB that has lost reliability causes intermittent faults that are difficult to reproduce.
Note when the blockage occurs (start-up, operating, shutdown): it helps to distinguish a fault in the PCB from one in the sensor.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
