PCB B&P Baxi Nova NOx 24 F Ref. 7734264
The B&P Baxi Nova NOX 24 F PCB is the control component that manages the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or exhibit erratic operation. The user may notice issues such as fault codes E97, E98, or E99. This board is compatible with the Novanox 24/24 F, Novanox 28/28 F, and Neonox 20/24 F models, among others. It should be replaced when these symptoms or errors occur.

How to check if ref. 7734264 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 7734264. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 7734264 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler shows no signs: no display, no fan, no pump.
Cause: The PCB is not receiving the correct power supply, so no component of the boiler can start.
Check with a tester that 230V is reaching the input of the PCB before replacing it.
- 02
The display is off even though the boiler is powered.
Cause: The circuit that powers the display on the PCB has failed, although the rest of the electronics are functioning.
Check that the connector or flat cable of the display is properly inserted and without bent pins before replacing the complete PCB.
- 03
The boiler is locking up with a generic electronic fault and is not starting any cycle.
Cause: The PCB detects an internal inconsistency (memory, microprocessor, or power stage) and locks the equipment for safety.
Reset the boiler from the control panel and note if the fault reappears immediately after turning it on, which indicates more towards the PCB than an external sensor.
- 04
The burner ignites for a moment and the boiler shuts off on its own, without providing heat.
Cause: The flame control stage of the PCB does not validate ignition and cuts the cycle even though the rest of the components are working fine.
Check the ignition/flame detection electrode and its wiring before concluding that the fault is in the PCB.
Fault codes Baxi that this part resolves
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| E97 | Incorrect selection of the power supply frequency (Hz) for the PCB. | The PCB is configured/detects an incorrect mains frequency (50/60 Hz), causing the lockout. Check the board configuration to ensure it is set to 50 Hz (Spain) and verify the mains; if the issue persists after correction, the PCB may be damaged. |
| E98 | Internal PCB fault. | Internal fault of the PCB (memory/firmware/communication), causing the boiler to lock. Check stable power supply and wiring, reset; if it reappears, review parameters and replace/calibrate the PCB Ref. 7734264 if necessary. |
| E99 | Internal PCB fault. | Internal fault of the PCB detected by self-diagnosis. Check voltages and connectors; if the error persists after resetting, replace/calibrate the PCB Ref. 7734264. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
