PCB for Biasi Micon 24E boilers and the Minox range (24A, 24E, 3 24E, 3 28E, 3 32E). On the PCB itself, only the code C321001 can be read on an integrated circuit, which does not match the reference C320788 published by the store today; it has not been confirmed that they are the same part. Check the reference of your unit before purchasing.

Guide

How to check if ref. C320788 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Locate the reference printed on the body of the PCB you have installed: it should indicate C320788.
  2. Check your boiler model on the nameplate and look for it in the list of compatible models on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and the body with the original part before installing.
  4. If you have any doubts, send us a photo of the screen printing via WhatsApp and we'll confirm it for you before you purchase.
Diagnosis

Symptoms and faults resolved by PCB C320788

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

The boiler does not respond to anything: no indicators, no display, it doesn't start for either heating or domestic hot water.

Cause: It is the most common fault of a dead PCB: the power stage does not distribute voltage to the rest of the circuit.

Before replacing the PCB, check with a multimeter that 230V are reaching the input and inspect the fuse on the PCB itself.

The burner tries to ignite, you can hear the spark, but the boiler locks out immediately and needs to be reset.

Cause: The microprocessor on the PCB does not receive or correctly interpret the flame signal and shuts down for safety.

Write down the exact fault code displayed on the screen before ruling out the PCB; it might point to the flame sensor, not the electronics.

The wall control or thermostat is not able to start the boiler, even though it has batteries and appears to be on.

Cause: The communication stage between the PCB and the thermostat has stopped responding.

Try bypassing the demand directly at the PCB terminals; if it starts this way, the problem is with the thermostat, not the PCB.

The boiler runs for a while and then stops on its own, without a fixed pattern, and sometimes starts up again by itself.

Cause: A power component of the PCB (relay or triac) degrades with heat and fails intermittently.

Check that fans and pumps rotate freely and do not strain the PCB due to friction before considering it faulty.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.

  • On the photographed board, only the code C321001 is visible on an integrated circuit; the reference C320788 published by the store today does not appear. It has not been confirmed that both codes correspond to the same part.
  • The manufacturer of the component is not listed on the label and could not be determined.
  • There is a text in gold seal on the track side that could not be reliably transcribed; it is not used as data.
  • Arbitration of this record marked as UNRESOLVED, with LOW confidence: the reference contradiction remains open.
  • Without external sources confirming manufacturer, reference, or equivalences.
Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions about PCB C320788

Does the PCB of the Biasi Micon 24E have the reference C320788 marked?
That reference was not found on the photographed board; the only readable code is C321001, on an integrated circuit.
Does CEZA manufacture this PCB for the Minox range?
The catalog lists CEZA as the manufacturer, but in the photographed plate, there is no visible brand to confirm this; only the code C321001 is readable.
Is this PCB suitable for a Minox 3 28E?
Yes, the Minox 3 28E is on the list of compatible models, along with the Micon 24E and the rest of the Minox range (24A, 24E, 3 24E, 3 32E).
How do I check if this PCB is the correct part for my Biasi boiler?
Compare the codes on your PCB (C321001, TS06/929) with those of the part you are going to order; the commercial reference C320788 has not yet been verified against the physical unit.
Is it the same PCB that the Minox 24 A comes with from the factory?
It is not certain: the code C321001 read on the PCB does not match the reference C320788 published, and it has not been confirmed that they are the same part.
