• 01

  The boiler does not respond when pressing the reset button.

  Cause: The PCB is not supplying power correctly to the control system.

  Check the fuse on the PCB and verify that it receives 230V before replacing it.

• 02

  There is no spark or flame, although the fan is working.

  Cause: The PCB does not send the ignition signal to the electrode, although the fan and the pressure switch are operational.

  Check the wiring of the ignition electrode and make sure it has continuity before replacing the PCB.

• 03

  The flame goes out after a few seconds and tries to ignite again.

  Cause: There is a fault in the circuit of the PCB that controls the flame ionization signal.

  Check the grounding connection of the boiler, as a poor contact can cause this issue.

• 04

  The hot water comes out with an unstable temperature, fluctuating for no reason.

  Cause: The PCB does not correctly manage the signal from the domestic hot water NTC sensor.

  Make sure that the water flow is constant and that the inlet filter is clean.

• 05

  A communication error with the remote control or the display appears.

  Cause: There is a fault in the communication bus between the PCB and the user interface.

  Check the two-wire bus wiring between the PCB and the control before replacing the electronics.
