The boiler display does not turn on or remains blank, although the boiler seems to be functioning internally.
Cause: The display module manages the visualization, and if it loses power or communication with the main PCB, it does not show anything.
Check that the flat connector joining the module to the PCB is properly seated and does not have any oxidized or bent pins.

The plus, minus, or hand/reset buttons do not respond when pressed.
Cause: The micro switch of that button on the module has worn out or has stopped transmitting the press.
Press each key several times, observing if anything changes on the screen, to determine if a specific key is faulty or if the entire module is malfunctioning.

The screen shows stripes, loose symbols, or some digits that do not light up.
Cause: The module panel or its internal connection is damaged and no longer accurately represents what the PCB sends it.
Note which symbols are failing exactly and compare them with the manual; sometimes it is a fault code that is displayed incorrectly and not a fault of the module.

The boiler cannot be reset from the panel because the manual/reset button does nothing.
Cause: That button sends the reset command to the control board, and if the module fails, the command never arrives.
First, confirm that the boiler is actually locked with a visible fault code before assuming that the reset does not work.
