With the boiler requesting domestic hot water, check if the motor body rotates or vibrates; if it does not move, the fault is in the motor.

A dry noise or a strange buzzing is heard just when it should switch from heating to domestic hot water, or vice versa.
Cause: The motor gets stuck halfway due to wear and does not fit into its final position.
Check if the noise occurs at the same point in the domestic hot water startup cycle; if so, focus more on the motor.

There is a lack of domestic hot water while the heating continues to function normally, or conversely, there is a lack of heating while there is hot water.
Cause: The motor has not turned all the way to the stop and the valve has remained serving only one circuit.
Try to move the motor by hand if it has an accessible lever or stop, and check if it turns smoothly.
