  The boiler shows a fault related to the motor of the 3-way valve or the limit switch.

  Cause: The motor does not indicate to the control unit that it has reached the final position.

  Check if the fault occurs when requesting domestic hot water or heating; this will indicate in which direction the gas valve is failing.

  The motor does not turn or stops halfway when switching circuits.

  Cause: The internal gear is worn out or there is an obstruction preventing the full rotation.

  With the boiler turned off, try to turn the shaft of the valve manually; if it moves well, the problem is with the motor and not with the valve.

  The radiators remain cold even though the boiler is functioning and delivering hot water correctly.

  Cause: The valve has remained in the domestic hot water position and does not switch to heating.

  Switch to heating mode from the control and check if you hear or feel movement in the area of the gas valve.

  The hot water comes out intermittently, as if it cuts off and then comes back.

  Cause: The valve oscillates between positions without properly seating in the domestic hot water circuit.

  Check if the cut coincides with noises in the gas valve; if so, the mechanism is not securing itself in the correct position.
