  Cause: The motor does not move the rod to the correct circuit and the boiler only serves one of the two.

  Turn on a hot water tap and listen to see if the actuator clicks or turns; if it doesn't move, suspect the motor before the valve.

  A continuous buzzing or a repeated clicking sound is heard near the three-way valve.

  Cause: The motor tries to turn against a worn gear or a stem seized by lime and does not complete the cycle.

  With the boiler off, try to manually move the valve stem; if it's stiff or doesn't reach the stops, confirm the fault before ordering the actuator.

  The boiler alternates between heating and domestic hot water without stabilizing in either.

  Cause: The actuator does not reach the end of travel in any position, and the valve remains halfway, mixing both circuits.

  Check that the actuator is properly fitted into the valve body and that the electrical connector is not loose.

  The boiler locks out or shows a warning related to the three-way valve when requesting domestic hot water.

  Cause: The control unit does not receive confirmation that the motor has changed position and shuts down for safety.
