  With the boiler turned off and cold, check if the valve shaft rotates freely before considering the motor as good.

  There is a lack of domestic hot water or heating intermittently, as if the boiler is hesitating between the two modes.

  Cause: The motor does not reach the end of its travel and the control board does not receive the position confirmation.

  Listen to see if the motor completes the entire cycle (buzz and final click) every time the boiler changes mode.

• 03

  A buzzing or strange noise is heard in the area of the gas valve when starting the boiler.

  Cause: The motor tries to turn against a jammed mechanism or one with scale, without being able to move it.

  Check that the gas valve is not blocked by scale or dirt before replacing just the motor.

• 04

  The motor stops halfway and does not complete the travel.

  Cause: The internal limit switch does not detect the position and the motor keeps trying to move unsuccessfully.

  Check that the power supply to the motor is complete, without voltage drops, throughout the switching cycle.
