  The water comes out cold when I turn on the tap, even though the heating works without any issues.

  Cause: The motorized valve does not switch to the domestic hot water circuit, and the water continues to circulate only through the heating system.

  Check if you hear the actuator moving when you open the tap; if it remains silent, inspect the actuator before the boiler.

  Forced motor noise, like a buzzing that doesn't stop, near the three-way valve.

  Cause: The internal gear is worn out or the stem is seized, and the motor cannot complete the rotation.

  With the boiler turned off, try turning the stem by hand; if you feel resistance or it doesn't reach the ends, the problem is mechanical.

  The boiler remains fixed on heating or domestic hot water and does not change even if you request it.

  Cause: The actuator is stuck in one position and does not respond to the control unit's command.

  Check that the electrical connector of the actuator is properly inserted and free of corrosion before replacing it.

  Domestic hot water and heating are heating simultaneously, but neither reaches the desired temperature.

  Cause: The valve does not fully close either of the two circuits, and the water is distributed between both.

  Check if the actuator reaches a clear stop in both positions or if it stops halfway.
