  The motor of the valve does not turn, it remains stationary, and the boiler does not switch from heating to domestic hot water.

  Cause: The winding or the internal gear of the actuator does not have the strength to move the valve.

  With the boiler requesting domestic hot water, touch the motor body: if it doesn't vibrate or make noise, try the manual mode of the actuator if the boiler allows it.

  You notice a sharp click in the valve right when it should switch modes.

  Cause: The motor's reduction gear is slipping or a tooth has broken, preventing it from transmitting rotation to the shaft.

  With the boiler unplugged, manually turn the actuator shaft and check if it moves the valve without abnormal resistance.

  Depending on the position the valve gets stuck in, you have heating but no domestic hot water, or vice versa, and there's no way for it to change.

  Cause: The actuator has stopped halfway, and the valve is stuck between the two positions.

  Before replacing the motor, disassemble it and confirm that the valve stem moves freely without it in place.

  The boiler attempts to switch but immediately returns to the same mode.

  Cause: The motor receives the command but does not complete the stroke, so the control unit does not detect the correct position.

  Check the wiring and connector of the actuator: a loose contact can simulate a motor fault.
