  Cause: The motor receives power, but the internal gear is damaged and does not transmit the rotation to the shaft.

  With the cover accessible, check if the valve shaft rotates at the same time the motor sounds; if it does not rotate, the problem is with the gear.

  An error warning related to the gas valve appears and disappears only after a reset.

  Cause: The control board does not detect that the motor has reached the end of travel in the expected time.
