Heatline 3-way valve actuator motor Ref. 3003200039
When you turn on the hot water tap or activate the heating, the actuator motor of the Heatline 3-way valve directs the water between the heating circuit and the domestic hot water circuit. If this part fails, you will notice that there is hot water but no heating, or vice versa, and both circuits may even mix. This motor is compatible with several models of Heatline boilers, such as the Capriz 25, Capriz C24, and Solaris 30PC, among others. It is advisable to replace it when you experience these heating or hot water issues.

How to check if the reference 3003200039 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 3003200039. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the 3-way valve 3003200039 resolves.
The 3-way valve diverts water between heating and domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The domestic hot water takes time to come out or comes out lukewarm, while the heating remains hot.
Cause: The motor does not move the valve to the DHW position and the water continues to be distributed towards heating.
When requesting hot water, observe or listen if the gas valve moves; the motor usually makes a click or a brief buzzing sound when changing position.
- 02
The radiators heat up even though you only requested hot water, or vice versa.
Cause: The actuator does not complete the rotation to the stop, and the valve remains halfway, mixing the two circuits.
With the boiler disconnected, move the manual lever of the valve if it has one and check that it reaches both stops without forcing.
- 03
A continuous buzzing is heard in the area of the gas valve that does not stop.
Cause: The motor tries to turn against a stop or obstruction and does not deactivate the limit switch.
Check for any limescale or dirt blocking the movement of the gas valve before replacing the motor.
- 04
The boiler gives a warning of three-way valve or stops responding when requesting domestic hot water or heating.
Cause: Without the correct position signal from the motor, the control unit does not confirm the change and blocks the demand for safety reasons.
Check the continuity of the wiring and ensure that the motor connector is properly seated before declaring it faulty.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
