Fime Extractor Fan (Caprize 25/28/32, Hydroline B24, Vizo 24)
The Fime Extractor Fan is compatible with the Caprize 25/28/32, Hydroline B24, and Vizo 24 boilers. Its function is to expel combustion gases and generate the necessary draft for the boiler to start. If it fails, you will notice that the boiler does not ignite or gets locked, and the fault code F32 may appear due to incorrect air pressure. It is installed in several models of these ranges, among others. It is recommended to replace it when it shows starting issues or problems with smoke evacuation.

How to check if ref. D00320216 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference D00320216. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the extractor D00320216 resolves.
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The extractor takes time to start or has difficulty getting going.
Cause: The motor or the bearing is worn out and does not handle the inertia well when starting.
With the boiler unplugged, check that the impeller turns freely by hand; if you feel friction or it stops, the fault is mechanical.
- 02
A strange noise or vibration can be heard in the extractor when it is operating.
Cause: The impeller may be dirty with soot and unbalanced, or the bearing is worn out.
Clean the impeller of soot and dust, and check if the noise decreases before replacing the part.
- 03
The boiler tries to ignite, makes the attempt, and locks out due to a fault with the pressure switch.
Cause: The extractor does not reach the flow rate that the pressure switch needs to close the contact and allow the gas to flow.
Check that the silicone tubes of the pressure switch are not blocked, bent, or sagging, and that the flue is not clogged, before declaring the extractor faulty.
- 04
The boiler stops by itself or resets during operation.
Cause: The extractor intermittently loses revolutions due to a loose connection or a faulty motor.
Check the connector and wiring of the extractor, and if it stops or vibrates irregularly to the touch.
Fault codes for Airsol that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F32 | Incorrect air pressure due to fan speed out of tolerance. | The extractor fan does not reach or feedback the expected speed (Hall sensor/tachometer), resulting in incorrect air/draught reading and lockout. Check voltage and connector to the fan, free rotation, and RPM reading in diagnostics. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
