Heatline Boiler Pressure Gauge Ref. D004090673
The pressure gauge of the Heatline boiler, reference D004090673, measures and controls the pressure of the circuit. If it fails, you may notice incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false low pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This part is compatible with models such as Capriz 25, Sargon 24, and Vizo 24, among others. It is recommended to replace it if you notice that the pressure is not displayed correctly or if the boiler has operational issues related to pressure.

How to check if ref. D004090673 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference D004090673. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure gauge D004090673 resolves.
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pressure gauge always stays at the same reading, no matter what I do with the filling valve.
Cause: An internal mechanism that is blocked does not respond to actual pressure changes and remains fixed on a false reading.
Open and close the filling valve while observing if the needle moves; if it never reacts, the fault is with the pressure gauge.
- 02
The pressure reading doesn't match what the installer told me or what it showed before.
Cause: With use, the mechanism loses accuracy and the reading deviates from the actual circuit pressure even though it continues to move.
Compare the reading before and after bleeding a radiator: if the pressure change is not reflected in the needle, confirm the fault of the pressure gauge.
- 03
The glass or the dial is cracked, and I don't trust what it indicates.
Cause: A bump or the passage of time can damage the casing without the measuring mechanism actually being broken.
If only the glass is damaged and the needle moves normally when bleeding or refilling, consider if the issue is merely cosmetic before replacing the entire part.
- 04
The boiler gradually loses pressure, and I'm not sure if it's the pressure gauge or a real leak in the installation.
Cause: A pressure gauge with a leak at its own connection can give the impression that the circuit is losing water when it is not.
Mark the level on the gauge with a marker and check if it drops only when the boiler is running or also when it's cold and off; this way you can distinguish a real leak from a fault in the pressure gauge.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
