Heatline Airsol HKB 224 Gas Valve Ref. 3003200419
The gas valve regulates and allows the flow of gas to the burner under the command of the PCB. The Heatline Airsol HKB 224 gas valve, with reference 3003200419 and manufactured by SIT, is essential for the operation of your boiler. If it fails, you will notice that the boiler does not ignite, there may be flame lockouts, or the gas modulation is incorrect. This valve is compatible with models such as Capriz 25, Compact C24, and Vizo 24, among others. It is recommended to replace it upon detecting any of these symptoms to avoid further issues.

How to check if the part number 3003200419 is the one for your boiler.
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 3003200419. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the gas valve 3003200419 resolves.
The gas valve regulates and modulates the gas flow to the burner. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite the burner.
Cause: One of the solenoid valves does not open and gas does not reach the burner, although the rest of the ignition works correctly.
Check if gas is reaching the boiler (verify that other appliances are working and that the valve is open) and that the ignition spark is functioning normally; if both are correct, the fault could be the gas valve.
- 02
The boiler keeps locking out just when trying to start, over and over again.
Cause: The valve does not open in time and the PCB cuts off the gas for safety by not detecting a flame.
Check if the lockout occurs at the same moment during startup; if so, also inspect the flame detection electrode, as it may cause the same issue.
- 03
The flame is not stable, it rises and falls or flickers.
Cause: The modulation solenoid valve does not properly regulate the gas flow to the burner.
Observe if the flame instability coincides with changes in demand, such as opening a tap or starting the heating; if it only happens at those moments, the problem could be with the modulation.
- 04
The boiler loses power or does not reach the requested temperature even though the burner is on.
Cause: One of the two solenoid valves (EV1 or EV2) does not open completely and limits the gas available for the burner.
Make sure that the gas filter and the shut-off valve are fully open; a restriction at those points can cause the same symptom without the gas valve being faulty.
Fault codes for Airsol that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F26 | Fault in the stepper motor of the gas valve. | The actuator (stepper) of the valve does not respond or does not provide feedback; check continuity/ohms of coils, connectors, and control voltage from the PCB. If the coils are out of range or there is no movement, replace the valve. |
| F27 | Incorrect flame detection (flame when there shouldn't be). | The gas valve may leak or not close completely, causing an ionisation signal with the burner 'off'; check the valve's tightness/closing time and rule out moisture/electronics before replacing it. |
| F28 | Ignition fault (won't start). | If the gas valve does not open or opens out of point, gas does not reach the burner; check the inlet pressure, control signal to the valve, and operation in ignition/diagnostic test before replacing it. |
| F61 | Fault in the operation/command of the gas valve. | Electrical fault between PCB and valve (coils shorted/grounded or valve jammed); check wiring/insulation, control voltages, and coil resistance. If the valve does not respond or is shorted, replace it. |
| F62 | Delay in the closing of the gas valve. | The valve does not close in time or loses tightness, causing a delay in flame extinction; check closing times and gas leaks, and replace the valve if it does not seal correctly. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
