3-Way Valve Actuator Motor Baxi Novanox 24 - Ref. 31650036.00
Actuator motor of the 3-way valve that diverts the circuit between heating and domestic hot water in the boiler. It operates at 220V-240V, 50/60Hz, thermal class T70. Replacement requires first confirming the fault of the part through technical diagnosis, even when the boiler does not switch between services, gets stuck in one position, or the motor does not respond. Compatible with boilers from the Altais, Bios, Deimos, Neodens, Novadens, Novamax, Novanox, Platinum, and Vega Plus ranges.

How to check if ref. 125564734 is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 125564734. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms that require diagnosis in the 3-way valve 125564734
The 3-way valve diverts water between heating and domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not switch between heating and domestic hot water when you open a tap.
Cause: The actuator does not move the valve and it continues to distribute water to the circuit that it shouldn't.
Check if the motor spins when requesting domestic hot water: if nothing moves, first check the power supply to the motor.
- 02
There is hot water at the tap but the radiators are not heating, or vice versa.
Cause: The valve has become stuck in one of the two positions and does not switch to the other circuit.
Note in which service the boiler remains fixed; if it is always the same, help to narrow it down to whether it is the motor or the gas valve.
- 03
There is moisture or dripping in the area where the 3-way valve is installed.
Cause: A gasket or the body of the valve has lost tightness, which is different from a motor fault.
Dry the area and check if the leak reappears with the boiler running before requesting the motor: it could just be a gasket.
- 04
The motor makes noise or struggles when trying to move the gas valve, but it does not turn.
Cause: The motor is forcing against a jammed mechanism, usually due to limescale or dirt accumulated in the body of the gas valve.
Try to move the mechanism by hand, if the model allows it, to distinguish a mechanical blockage from an electrical fault of the motor.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
