  The hot water never arrives, even though the tap is fully open.

  Cause: If the flow detector does not close the contact, the boiler understands that there is no demand for domestic hot water and does not turn on.

  Check that there is no blocked inlet filter that reduces the flow before replacing the sensor.

• 02

  A small buzzing or vibration is heard in the pipe when the hot water runs.

  Cause: A worn or loose internal paddle can rub and vibrate as water flows through.

  Check if the noise changes when opening the tap more or less; if it varies with the flow rate, point it to the sensor.

• 03

  The boiler takes a long time to prioritize domestic hot water over heating, or it doesn't do it at all.

  Cause: If the sensor does not accurately report the domestic hot water consumption, the boiler does not give the priority it should.

  First of all, confirm in the boiler menu that the domestic hot water priority is activated.

• 04

  The hot water comes in and out, as if the boiler is unsure whether to turn on or not.

  Cause: False contacts in the detector cause the flow signal to reach the PCB intermittently.

  Open and close the tap a couple of times and check if the cut always coincides with the same flow point.
