• 01

  No hot water comes out when the tap is opened, even though the boiler has gas and normal pressure.

  Cause: The flow detector does not send the water flow signal to the electronics, so the burner does not ignite.

  Measure the flow at the tap by filling a container to rule out a network pressure issue before checking the sensor.

• 02

  The boiler goes into sleep mode when the tap is opened: the burner does not start.

  Cause: Without a flow signal, the control board understands that there is no demand for domestic hot water and does not issue the ignition command.

  Check the cold water inlet filter before the sensor, as accumulated scale there can reduce the flow below the minimum triggering level.

  The hot water comes out and cuts off intermittently, without anyone touching the faucet.

  Cause: An internal contact of the detector with looseness or dirt causes the signal to flicker instead of remaining stable.

  Open and close the tap several times in a row and note if the cut occurs at the same flow rate or if it is erratic, as this helps to distinguish the detector from another cause.

  The boiler is showing a fault related to domestic hot water even though the circuit is full and bled.

  Cause: The PCB interprets the absence of signal from the sensor as if there is no water flow, and it blocks for safety reasons.

  Check that the connector of the sensor is properly fitted and free of corrosion before replacing the part.
