Domestic Hot Water Flow Switch Beretta Mynute Green 28 CSI Ref. R10022348
The Mynute Green boilers, such as the 28 CSI model, use the Beretta ACS flow switch, reference R10022348. This component detects the flow of water when a tap is opened and activates the ignition for the production of domestic hot water. If it fails, you will notice that no hot water comes out even when the tap is open. This flow switch is compatible with the Mynute Green range. You should replace it when you experience issues with hot water production.

How to check if the part R10022348 is the one for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10022348. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the flow meter R10022348 resolves.
The flow meter detects the passage of water to activate the domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not start when the hot water tap is opened, but the heating works correctly.
Cause: The flow detector informs the control board that hot water is needed; if it does not detect the flow of water, the burner does not activate.
Open the tap to the maximum: if it doesn't ignite with low pressure but does at full, check the network pressure or a dirty filter.
- 02
The hot water comes out intermittently, it stops and then comes out again without touching the faucet.
Cause: A turbine or blade of the detector that is dirty or rubbing sends intermittent signals to the control board.
Check that the cold water inlet filter, just before the sensor, is free of scale or debris that could interrupt the flow.
- 03
An error code related to the flow sensor appears on the display.
Cause: The control unit indicates that the signal from the detector is not arriving or is arriving incorrectly.
Check that the 4-way electrical connector is properly connected and dry before considering the part faulty.
- 04
Water leak in the area where the sensor is mounted, near the brass fitting.
Cause: The brass fitting and the gasket of the sensor may lose tightness over time.
Gently tighten the fitting without forcing it, and check the visible gasket before deciding to replace the entire part.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
