  You turn on the hot water tap and the boiler does not ignite, even though the gas and electricity are fine.

  Cause: The flow detector does not send the flow signal to the control board, so it does not give the ignition command.

  Check that the water flow is sufficient, turn on the tap fully, and make sure that the domestic hot water inlet filter is clean before declaring the detector faulty.

  The boiler ignites for hot water but turns off by itself when the tap is slightly reduced.

  Cause: The diaphragm or membrane of the detector loses sensitivity with low flow rates and stops sending the signal steadily.

  Open the tap to the maximum and observe if the cut takes longer to appear; if so, the problem lies in the sensitivity of the detector, not in the network pressure.

  The water comes out hot and cold intermittently, without you having touched the faucet.

  Cause: The detector contact bounces with circuit vibrations, causing the boiler to turn the burner on and off in a loop.

  Check for any limescale or dirt in the pre-filter before the sensor: the same symptom of irregular shutdown can be caused by a dirty filter.

  The display shows a warning related to the water flow, even though the tap is fully open.

  Cause: The control board does not receive the pulse from the sensor even though the water circulates normally through the circuit.

  Bleed the DHW circuit before changing the part: trapped air also prevents the detector's paddle from rotating.
