• 01

  When opening the tap, the heating continues to work well but no hot water comes out.

  Cause: The flow switch does not detect the flow of water and does not send the command to the control board to turn on the burner for domestic hot water (DHW).

  Check that there is normal pressure and flow in the network before touching the switch; without minimum flow, the sensor will not activate even if it is functioning properly.

  The burner takes a few extra seconds to ignite when you request hot water.

  Cause: The internal microswitch of the flow detector has poor contact and delays the ignition signal.

  Open the tap fully, not at half flow, and check if the delay shortens; with full flow, the sensor should activate almost instantly.

  The hot water comes out in intervals, heats up, and cools down for no apparent reason.

  Cause: The flow detector intermittently loses and regains contact, causing the burner to turn off and on by itself.

  Check that there is no air in the water circuit and no pressure drops in the network while using the domestic hot water.

• 04

  The display does not show any error, but there is simply no domestic hot water.

  Cause: The flow switch can fail without generating a recognizable fault code; it simply does not close the contact.

  Test with another tap in the house to rule out that the problem is at that point in the installation and not in the boiler.
