  When opening a hot water tap, the boiler does not start and a low flow warning appears on the display.

  Cause: The micro switch of the flow switch does not close the contact even though the water is circulating.

  Check the cold water inlet pressure on the installation's manometer; with low pressure, the flow switch may not activate even if it is not faulty.

  The water comes out hot for a moment and then suddenly cools down with the tap open.

  Cause: The contact opens and closes intermittently due to wear of the spring or scale deposits in the brass body.

  Disassemble the body and check if the internal passage has scale or dirt; a cleaning sometimes resolves the fault without changing the part.

  The boiler ignites the burner for a moment without any tap being opened.

  Cause: The micro switch gets stuck in the flow position and misleads the control board.

  Shut off all the water in the house and check if the burner stops; if it doesn't stop, confirm the fault in the pressure switch before ordering it.

• 04

  The low flow warning only appears during peak consumption hours in the building, for example in the morning.

  Cause: The flow switch requires a minimum flow rate to move the internal paddle, and with low network pressure, it does not activate it.

  Note the time of the fault; if it always coincides with peak consumption hours, the cause may be related to pressure and not to the part.
