  Cause: The flow detector does not send the signal that activates the ignition.

  Make sure that water is flowing normally from the tap before checking the sensor.

  The boiler locks out with a fault related to the water circuit.

  Cause: The control unit stops functioning because it does not receive a signal from the sensor.

  Check that the connector of the sensor is properly fitted and free of corrosion before replacing it.

  The domestic hot water flow seems lower than usual.

  Cause: The detector is partially obstructed and only activates at high flow rates.

  Check the cold water inlet filter; the accumulated scale there is the most common cause of low flow.

  The fault is not consistent: sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't, without changing anything.

  Cause: A worn internal contact causes an intermittent signal.

  Repeat the test by opening and closing the tap several times to see if the cut occurs at the same flow rate each time.
