How to check if the reference 596937 is the part for your boiler.
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 596937. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group 596937 resolves.
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The radiators are not heating properly or take a long time to heat up even though the boiler is on.
Cause: if the impeller of the pump does not rotate properly, the water does not circulate through the heating circuit
bleed the air from the radiators and check the pressure on the manometer before considering the pump as faulty
- 02
A buzzing or strange noise is heard in the pump area when starting the heating.
Cause: the rotor may be partially stuck due to scale or air trapped inside the pump
With the boiler turned off, try to manually turn the central screw of the pump's bleed valve, if it is accessible.
- 03
A ring of water or droplets appears around the pump.
Cause: the shaft seal wears out over time, especially if the pump has been idle for a long time
Dry the area and check in both cold and hot conditions if the leak is continuous or only appears when the water heats up and expands.
- 04
The pump does not start after the summer break.
Cause: the rotor gets stuck due to sediment when it hasn't moved for months
try to unclog the shaft with a screwdriver on the front screw, if the model allows it, before replacing it
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
