  There is a water leak under the boiler and you don't know where it's coming from.

  Cause: There may be an internal leak in the heat exchanger that allows water to filter between circuits and eventually comes out through the bleed valve or the safety valve.

  With the boiler off and dry, locate the exact point of the leak before assuming it is the heat exchanger.

  The hot water comes out hot at first and then cools down, or it never reaches the desired temperature.

  Cause: Corrosion or scale reduces the effective heat exchange surface area between the plates.

  Measure the water hardness in the area and check if there have been any recent descaling inspections.

  The pressure in the heating circuit increases on its own when you request hot water.

  Cause: This usually indicates a water leak between the primary circuit and the domestic hot water circuit through a damaged PCB.

  Note the pressure before and after opening a hot water tap to confirm if it actually increases.

• 04

  There is a vibration or whistling sound in the area of the heat exchanger when the tap is opened.

  Cause: The passage blocked by scale between plates causes turbulence in the water flow.

  First, rule out the possibility of air in the circuit or that the water inlet filter is dirty.
