Boiler Pressure Gauge Biasi Minox Eco 24E
Measure and control the pressure of the circuit of the Biasi Minox Eco 24E boiler. If it fails, you may notice incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false lack of pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This pressure gauge is compatible with the Minox 24E, 28E, and Eco 24E models, among others. It is advisable to replace it when you observe these symptoms to avoid issues with the operation of your boiler.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The needle of the pressure gauge does not move, even though you know you have refilled water to the boiler.
Cause: the internal mechanism of the manometer has seized up and no longer translates the actual pressure into needle movement.
open the filling valve until you notice that the boiler gains pressure and check if the needle is still stuck; if it does not respond despite the actual increase, the pressure gauge is the problem.
- 02
The scale is not clearly visible: the glass is scratched, broken, or fogged on the inside.
Cause: A blow has cracked the glass, or moisture has entered and condensed inside the sphere.
Dry the area with a cloth and check if the fogging disappears from the outside before declaring the glass broken.
- 03
The needle always stays stuck at the same point, regardless of the pressure indicated by the boiler.
Cause: the internal mechanism has become stuck due to scale or wear and has stopped responding to actual changes.
With the boiler cold, gently tap the dial; if the needle moves and reacts, there is no need to replace it.
- 04
There is a drop or a damp ring right at the base of the pressure gauge, where it screws into the circuit.
Cause: the gasket or the threading of the part has lost tightness.
Dry the area well, leave the boiler running for a while, and check if the humidity reappears there before ruling out another nearby point.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
