Pressure Gauge 0-4 Bar for Boiler ZWC/ZC 24-1 and 28-1 MFA
The Junkers Euromaxx ZWC/ZC boilers use a 0-4 bar pressure gauge, a component that measures and controls the water circuit pressure. If the pressure gauge fails, you will notice incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false low pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This pressure gauge is compatible with models such as ZC 24-1 MFA, ZC 28-1 MFA, ZWC 24-1 MFA, among others. It is recommended to replace it when the readings are unreliable or when the boiler shows operational issues related to pressure.

How to check if ref. 8716771600 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 8716771600. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure gauge 8716771600 resolves.
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The yellow needle does not move, whether you open the filling tap or bleed a radiator.
Cause: The internal mechanism has seized and lost the ability to follow the pressure changes in the circuit.
Try bleeding and refilling water while observing the needle in real-time; if it doesn't react at any point, the part is not transmitting the pressure.
- 02
The boiler operates normally, but the pressure gauge continuously moves out of the green zone.
Cause: The sensor element has become uncalibrated and no longer accurately reflects the actual pressure, even though the circuit is fine.
Check that there are no visible leaks in radiators or bleed valves before relying solely on the pressure gauge reading.
- 03
You notice that you have to refill the boiler with water very often because the pressure gauge always shows low pressure.
Cause: If the reading continuously drops even after refilling, the pressure gauge might be giving a false reading below the actual one.
Mark the level after refueling and monitor if it drops within hours without any visible leaks in the installation; if it only drops on the pressure gauge and there's no water on the floor, suspect the part.
- 04
Water is dripping right where the pressure gauge connects to the boiler.
Cause: The sealing gasket of the connection has degraded and is allowing water to pass through the thread.
Dry the area and tighten the connection carefully without forcing it; if the dripping persists after tightening, the internal gasket is deteriorated.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
