  The digital manometer of the boiler is stuck at a value and does not change even if you bleed or refill water.

  Cause: The sensor has stopped sending pressure variations to the PCB, and it continues to display the last valid reading.

  Fill or bleed the circuit while observing if the digital value changes; if it does not react in any way, the sensor is not transmitting.

  A low water pressure warning appears and the boiler stops providing heating.

  Cause: The PCB cuts off the service for safety when the signal from the sensor falls below the programmed minimum threshold.

  First, check the actual pressure by filling it to 1-1.5 bar when cold; if the warning persists with the correct pressure, suspect the sensor.

  The boiler does not start and there is no pressure value on the display, neither high nor low.

  Cause: Without input signal from the sensor, the control unit has nothing to compare and blocks the start as a safety measure.

  Check that the wiring of the sensor is not disconnected or frayed in the section up to the PCB before replacing it.

  The pressure reading suddenly jumps between very different values without any changes being made to the circuit.

  Cause: It is typical of a collector with a degraded internal sensor to give erratic readings unrelated to the actual pressure.

  Check if the jump coincides with vibrations or impacts in the nearby pipe; if not, the fault is with the sensor itself.
