Low COP: inefficient system — The aerothermal system works but consumes a lot. Causes: dirt on the outdoor evaporator, low gas charge, defective expansion valve, or incorrect configuration.
Hybrid system without heating — The hybrid module (boiler + heat pump) does not alternate correctly. Communication fault between units or incorrect temperature curve configuration.
