There is hot water at the tap, but the radiators are not heating.
Cause: The valve gets stuck in domestic hot water mode and does not allow water to flow to the heating circuit.
Check that the thermostat is calling for heat and that the radiator valves are open before completely ruling out the gas valve.

Water is leaking from the body of the gas valve.
Cause: The gasket or the internal shaft has lost tightness over time.
Dry the area well and check after a heating cycle: if the leak comes from the body and not from a nearby thread, confirm internal wear.

It heats what it shouldn't: the radiator when you only ask for tap water, or the other way around.
Cause: The internal shutter does not close properly on one side and the valve mixes both circuits.
Close the shut-off valves of each circuit separately and observe if the heat is transferred equally; if it occurs with the valves closed, the problem is the gas valve.
