  Water leaks in the gas valve

  Cause: The brass body seals have lost their tightness over time.

  Dry the area and check after a while of operation if the leak reappears in the body or comes from a nearby fitting.

  The actuator does not turn or makes noise when switching services.

  Cause: The motor is losing power or the internal mechanism is worn out and does not move the shutter.

  If the actuator can be disassembled, check if it turns freely when not under load; if it turns effortlessly, the fault may be in the body and not in the motor.

  The boiler displays a fault code related to the 3-way valve upon starting.

  Cause: The PCB does not detect that the actuator has reached the expected position and locks the equipment for safety.
